初日は、えらく早い時簡に寝てしまったので、
朝４時に目覚めてしまいました。
早過ぎるので2℃寝。
朝食をいただき、すぐに用意を済ませ出発。
ドライブしていても気持ちいいところが多かったです。
岩木山や、八甲田山はとてもキレイ。
この日も快晴でした！
この日はアートな予定です。
・国際芸術センター
ココは、雰囲気も良く、展示室はすごく落ち着くしとても画になる空間。
Lマガの表紙にもなりそうなぐらいカッコよく見えましたよ。
・棟方志功記念館
・青森県立美術館
ここはすごく行きたかった所。
その中でも「アレコホール」は僕にとって思い入れの強い所になりました。
一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間、ビリビリきました。久しぶりの感覚。
３カ所を巡りました。
ん〜充実。
そしてやっぱり青森と言えば「林檎」でしょ！ということで、林檎狩りができる所へ車を走らせるも、なぜかガラ〜ン。
受付兼お宅をのぞくとどうやら不幸があったようで臨時休業の様子。
仕方がないのでナビで近くの果物屋さんを発見。住宅街に位置する果物屋さんに行くとどうやらリンゴは少し時期が早いようで、ここには無いとのこと。青森駅周辺の商店街ならひょっとすると。と教えていただいたので一路青森市内へ。
途中で見つけた果物屋さんに入るとお店のおじさんが色々と尋ねてくれました。
が、
バリバリの青森弁。
僕は途中で聞き取るのを諦めました。
話していくうちに、赤い林檎が奥からでてきたではありませんか。
「今あるりんごはどこも赤くなっていないよ。まだまだ青いからおいしくないんだよ。でもね、ホラ！うちのは赤いんだよ。うまいよ〜。ほんとだよ。」
きっとこんなようなことを言っていました。赤いりんごが手に入る理由も説明してくれていたと思うんですが分からずじまい。理由はよくわかりませんでした。
せっかくなので赤いりんごを購入。しかも意外と安い。
そしてまた別のお店でりんごを購入。お店のおばちゃんも京都出身らしく関西同士で意気投合。りんごもおまけしてくれたのでここでも購入。ここでは「黄王」というもともと黄色い品種のもの。試食もさせてくれました。青森の人は優しい感じでした。
ふぞろいの林檎野郎
僕の友人が青森に住んでいるので会いに行ってきました。
というわけで一路、八戸へ。
今回の旅行でもとても楽しみにしていたこと。
強敵と書いてともと呼ぶべき男。
彼のおすすめの居酒屋へ。
せっかくなのでこっちでしか食べられないようなものも食べてみたらということで、「ほや」と「ばくらい」という食べ物をいただきました。
「俺は口には合わんけどな。」と一言添えられつつ珍味をご賞味。
「ほや」
なんかね。海水食べてるみたいな感じ。実物は少しグロテスクらしい。
三陸では有名なようで海のパイナップルと呼ばれている。海鞘と書く。
「ばくらい」
これは、その「ホヤ」と「海鼠腸（このわた）：なまこの腸の塩辛」
を合わせたもの。
聞いたところによると「このわた」というのはナマコから少ししか取れないものらしい。
ほやよりは「ばくらい」の方が食べやすかったです。お酒のあてですな。
青森の食べ物は「下手にホテルの料理を食べるよりも外で食べた方が美味しいよ」という友達の言葉通り美味でした。
そして２件目はバーに連れて行ってもらいました。
ここには有名なバーテンダーさんが居てるらしい。大会にも出ているらしく、今度は横浜まで行くといっていた。「かる〜く勝ってきますよ。」と言っていた。結果はどうだったんだろう。
友達と色々喋っていたんですが、なんと僕が途中で撃沈していまして．．．。友達ももう帰ろっかて言わせてしまって申し訳なかったです。今回、コレは心残りだったなぁ。朝までコースでいきたかったんですがね。しかも、ホテルに戻りシャワーを浴びるとどんどん目が冴えてきて、全然眠れませんでした。テレビも全然おもしろくないし。せめて爆睡できていればあきらめもついたのに。
というわけで３時か４時ぐらいにやっと就寝☆
